Operation Write Home Virtual Cardmaking Party

Howl at the Moon Challenge

I’m so glad you are here.

Operation Write Home is a group of cardmakers who are honored to make cards for our deployed service members – a small thing we can do for all the sacrifices made by them and their families.

If you would like to start at the beginning of the Virtual Cardmaking Party challenges just click here.

My goal was to make a masculine themed card. I find it so much easier to make feminine cards. So this challenge was for myself as well.

My challenge for you is super easy. Make a card using a moon somewhere on it. Use InLinkz at the end of this messge to post your card. I will randomly pick a winner for a surprise package from me. I will list the winner here at 5 pm on Monday and on the OWH Facebook wall.

You will also have a chance to win a prize from Operation Write Home. All the details are listed here.

I look forward to seeing all of your cards. Have a safe and fun holiday.

Marianne

great card. I'll have to give this one some thought. I figured, masculine, no problem but then you threw in the moon! :)

Beautiful card, going to have to put my thinking cap on!

Great Crad..feminie ones are so easy as you say so doing a masculine one makes me think out of the box...where is the link to link the card? I don't see it at the end of the post as you said.

Not gonna lie, I had a hard time with this one. No moon stamp to be found, but I think that I made it work in my own way. :) Your card is beautiful!!!

Your card is wonderful!

I really like your card. This was a neat card to make. I used my imagination and made most of the stuff on my card myself instead of using the cricut.

I love your card! It's beautiful! This challenge made me want to run out and buy some stamps with a moon theme...I don't have any! Used my Cricut to create a card instead =)

Thanks for being and OWH party host this weekend and posting this challenge! You had me a wild goose chase to find my one moon stamp and this challenge was a lot of fun.

You've created a wonderful scene on your sample card, which I'd say is definitely masculine.

I finally got my act together and created a card for your challenge! Thanks for providing the creative nudge to get it done.
