OWH Clean and Simple Skip

Hello everyone,

Welcome to the Operation Write Home's Clean and Simple Skip. If you came here from
Yolanda 's blog you are in the right place. If not, you will want to start at the Stars and Stamps Blog ( I hear there is blog candy along the way and you don't want to miss out on that!)

Several of us took the Clean and Simple class last month and wanted to show some cards that we made from what we learned.

This card was so fun to make. You cut several identical images and layer them onto top of each other.
I cut 9 butterflies with my cricut. This gives the illusion of a chipboard piece when it really is just cardstock.
I staggered the butterflies so you eye would go right to left down the card. The white dots are made with Viva Pearl Pens.

Your next stop is over at Karen's blog.

Thanks for stopping by.
Marianne

PS. We will be having a Mothers Day challenge. You can find all the details and a digi at Operation Write Home.

Marianne this is wonderful! This is one technique I absolutely must try. I particularly like the scroll details in this butterfly die cut... that add a perfect level of detail and the pearls add just the right touch to finish it off. Beautiful!

HI Marianne,

Oh Good! I'm so pleased to see your wonderful butterfly card and happy that I came back. I also wanted to be sure to correctly spell your name and felt bad, about my typo in the first post.

I totally LOVED the CAS Cardmaking class and will be looking forward to taking the next class too!

Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent and being part of OWH!!
